Process and Investment
At Inktricate Designs, we’ve crafted a seamless, collaborative process to bring your vision to life—beautifully and stress-free. From our first call to final installation, every step is intentional and personalized to ensure your designs reflect your unique story.
Design Process
4-6 weeks
Invitations are the mood setter for your wedding, we like to spend time during the design and make sure the invites match your celebration. The invitation process can take anywhere up to 4-6 weeks for design.
Day-of Stationery
8 weeks
Around 3–4 months before your wedding, we’ll schedule another call to finalize your event décor, vibe, and all day-of stationery elements (welcome signs, menus, seating chart, etc.). Design begins about 8 weeks out, and we aim to have all artwork finalized and approved 4–5 weeks before your event (excluding the seating chart). We allow changes for seating chart upto 3 weeks before the wedding.
Production
2-3 weeks
Once designs are approved, we move into production. This includes printing, specialty finishes (like foil, custom cuts), and assembly. We recommend allocating 2–3 weeks for this phase to ensure quality control and time for any final adjustments.
Packing & Prepping
1 week
After production, we carefully prep, organize, and package each item by category/event. If shipping, we’ll coordinate secure and timely delivery. If we’re handling installation, we’ll confirm on-site logistics directly with your venue.
Delivery & Setup
3-7 days
We ensure your full stationery suite is either picked up, delivered, or ready on-site at least 3–5 days before your event. If we’re providing installation, our team will arrive at your venue on the day of your celebration to set up everything perfectly for you and your guests.

Semi Custom Package
For couples looking to select from our curated collection of pre-designed stationery and signage, our semi-custom packages offer the perfect solution. Choose from our thoughtfully crafted designs & enjoy a seamless pickup experience.
What's Included:
- Limited revisions/ changes to the design
- Local pickup available in Sayreville, NJ
- Minimum order of $1500. (Excluding delivery and taxes)
Full-Custom Package
From personalized welcome displays to unique seating chart, we’ll collaborate with you to bring your vision to life. Each custom package is thoughtfully designed to reflect your style & incorporate the details that make your celebration truly unforgettable.
What's Included:
- In-depth design consultations and multiple concept meetings
- Up to 3 revisions for perfecting your designs
- Dedicated 1:1 communication from initial concept to the big day
- White-glove delivery, professional installation, and on-site touch-ups to ensure everything is flawless
- Minimum order of $3000 (excluding delivery and taxes)
